Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Marketing Strategy & Operations to partner with Marketing on strategy, operations, and spend.

You’ll own funnel performance, ROI modeling, and planning within the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, reporting to the Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations. You will translate ambiguous questions into actionable analyses, build dashboards from diverse data sources, and drive programs that improve pipeline, revenue, and retention.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in high-growth tech companies and/or management consulting.
• Experience in SaaS operations/marketing, growth, or revenue operations.
• Experience running quantitative analyses and leveraging AI tools for reporting.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to distill complex problems into a concrete plan and drive execution.
• Excellent cross-functional communication to explain complex problems to leaders and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Support the operating cadence with day-to-day metrics, reviews, memos, and program management.
• Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and forecasting; build SQL/Tableau datasets/dashboards.
• Lead high-impact projects from identification to execution with clear recommendations.
• Leverage AI to automate recurring reporting and build reusable tools/templates.
• Document processes, share frameworks, and onboard peers on the work.
