Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own outcomes across Marketing Pro domains, from email and SMS to attribution and onboarding.

You’ll work with engineering, design, analytics, customer support, and GTM teams to drive strategic initiatives that unlock data advantages and deliver ROI for customers. You will translate business objectives into a tightly prioritized roadmap, define the metrics to prove success, run betas and phased rollouts, and move fluidly as priorities shift

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in martech across multiple domains.
• Proven track record in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong ownership and end-to-end problem solving with measurable impact.
• Experience with AI in workflow and product strategy.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to customers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes across multiple Marketing Pro domains and adapt focus as needed.
• Develop strategic view on marketing tech and competitive landscape.
• Translate objectives into a tightly prioritized roadmap with key metrics.
• Run betas and phased rollouts and let results guide decisions.
• Engage users to identify opportunities and validate concepts.
• Partner with engineering and design to ship product.
• Align sales, customer success, and marketing on rollout and positioning.
