ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Data Science and Analytics to lead data science and applied AI across operations and finance analytics.

You will partner with operations and finance leaders to turn complex data into intelligent systems, decisions, and measurable impact, blending hands-on delivery with strategic direction. This leader role requires 8+ years in data science with 5+ years leading teams, strong ML and statistics foundations, and fluency in SQL and Python.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science or applied AI/ML with 5+ years leading teams.
• Strong background managing analytics teams.
• Proven track record influencing operational decisions with ML forecasts and lead scores.
• Strong foundation in statistics and ML; depth in modern AI: LLMs, agentic systems, orchestration, retrieval, evaluation.
• Proven analytics-driven decision making through deep analysis.
• Fluency in SQL and Python; familiarity with cloud warehouses, dbt, and AI tooling pipelines.
• Proven ability to partner with non-technical executives and translate problems into actionable work.
• Comfort in a fast-moving, data-rich environment with real operational costs.

Responsibilities

• Own the data science and applied AI roadmap for G&A—agentic systems, forecasting, lead scoring, and decision-support.
• Lead, hire, and develop a data science and analytics team; set standards for rigor and production quality.
• Partner with operations and product leadership to identify high-leverage problems and translate them into shipped AI capabilities.
• Responsible for the finance analytics team supporting accounting, FP&A, and pricing.
• Collaborate with data engineering, ML engineering, and platform teams on infrastructure, data quality, and tooling guardrails.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders with business clarity.
• Champion an AI/agent-first approach and build reusable, scalable analytics.
