ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own outcomes across multiple Marketing Pro domains, including email, SMS, and onboarding workflows. You’ll translate business objectives into a tightly prioritized roadmap and define metrics to prove impact.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, support, and marketing teams to ship features, run betas, and scale based on evidence rather than opinion. Fluency with AI in your workflow is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience across Martech domains such as email, SMS, attribution and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own product outcomes across multiple Marketing Pro domains and translate business objectives into a tightly prioritized roadmap.
• Define metrics (adoption, activation speed, attributed revenue) and run phased rollouts based on results.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, customer support, and GTM teams to ship and iterate.
