Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own outcomes across Marketing Pro domains, including email, SMS, automated campaigns, attribution and onboarding. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and GTM teams to build a strategic roadmap that delivers measurable ROI for customers.

You’ll lead betas, engage users, and translate business signals into shipped product, balancing fast pace with thoughtful experimentation. AI fluency and strong ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience with hands-on martech across multiple domains (email, SMS, attribution, onboarding, activation).
• Track record of building and shipping products in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
• Strong ownership from strategy through metrics that prove impact.
• Experience with AI-driven workflows and applying AI to product work.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes across multiple Marketing Pro domains, reprioritizing as the business shifts.
• Develop a strategic POV on marketing tech, competitive landscape, and platform/data leverage.
• Translate objectives into a tightly prioritized roadmap with measurable adoption and revenue metrics.
• Run betas and phased rollouts, letting results drive decisions.
• Engage users to identify opportunities and represent Marketing Pro in customer conversations.
• Partner with engineering and design to ship features; align sales, CS, support, and marketing on rollout.
