ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A (R&D) to partner with the R&D leadership team. You will own the monthly close process, analyze performance drivers, and translate business needs into accurate forecasts and strategic narratives.

The role requires 3–5 years in FP&A or related roles in a high-growth tech environment, strong modeling skills, and an AI-forward mindset to accelerate insights and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a relevant field
• 3–5 years in FP&A or related analytical role, preferably at a high growth tech company
• Experience in financial modeling and strategic planning
• Autonomy in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
• Strong FP&A fundamentals: variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, headcount management, reporting
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to finance and non-finance audiences
• AI-forward — actively use AI tools to work faster and deeper

Responsibilities

• Drive the monthly close process and variance commentary for finance and R&D leadership teams
• Manage headcount and expense planning; translate business needs into forecasts
• Turn data into decisions; diagnose drivers of performance and support strategic analyses
• Be a trusted business partner with data-driven recommendations on budget and trade-offs
• Leverage AI to automate and improve processes across the team
