Job summary

Mochi Health is hiring a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and scale our onboarding, cross-sell, upsell, and churn-prevention journeys. You’ll operate AI-native, drafting copy, defining segment logic, and auditing conditions with minimal engineering tickets while partnering with a small growth-engineering team.

You’ll own the lifecycle program end-to-end, including events, attributes, and integrations, and define a taxonomy that enables self-serve campaigns for future marketers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing in a consumer or DTC environment.
• Hands-on AI-native workflow experience (copy, segment logic, QA, analysis) as a default work mode.
• Experience with push/in-app messaging and measurement for activation and retention.

Responsibilities

• Build lifecycle journeys from scratch—onboarding, cross-sell, upsell, win-back, and churn prevention.
• Orchestrate multi-channel experiences (email, push, on-site/in-app) with coherent strategy.
• Own the Customer.io stack end to end, from requirements to data integrations.
• Define taxonomy for events, attributes, and audiences to enable self-serve campaigns.
• Lead AI-driven workflows for copy, variation testing, and QA before launch.
• Define success metrics and defend measurement (activation, retention, incremental revenue).
• Contribute to signup flow and landing page optimizations as a smaller focus (10–15%).
