Aircall, a unicorn AI-powered customer communications platform, is hiring a Senior Customer & Lifecycle Marketing Manager in New York to own email and in-app messaging programs, nurture series, and lifecycle campaigns that move prospects to conversion and keep existing customers engaged.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management to develop briefs, segmentation, testing plans, and an email template library while applying AI-driven personalization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS context.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and lifecycle tools.
• Experience building nurture series and prospect campaigns.
• Experience running A/B tests and translating results into actions.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Clear writing and ability to influence Marketing, Sales, and Product.
• Familiarity with applying AI to improve lifecycle strategy.
• Experience owning an NPS or customer review program.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute email and in-app campaigns for prospects and customers.
• Own campaign intake, lifecycle calendar, and cross-team sends.
• Align nurture programs with pipeline and retention goals.
• Develop briefs, audience segmentation, targeting, and testing plans.
• Collaborate with Designers to maintain an approved email template library.
• Design and run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and timing.
• Set governance for messaging frequency and approvals.
• Own the NPS program and review strategy end-to-end.
• Track KPIs and use results to drive improvements.
