Job summary

Veeva’s Ostro division is hiring a Senior Project Manager, Implementation to own complex software implementations from kickoff to go-live, serving as the main bridge between internal teams and external clients to ensure on‑time launches.

You will manage a portfolio of 10–20 concurrent projects, configure client applications with no‑code builders, and coordinate cross‑functionally with consultants, account executives, product managers, and support to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of managing 10–20 concurrent software implementations.
• Experience in multi-product rollouts and multi-system integrations.
• Hands-on product launch, beta releases, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle software implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Own a portfolio of 10–20 concurrent projects.
• Configure client applications with no-code flow builders and QA for regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop SOPs and integrated project templates to scale operations.
• Coach and mentor junior PMs.
