Job summary

Veeva Systems is hiring Implementation Project Managers for Ostro to advance AI-driven brand engagement in life sciences. You will own complex software implementations from kickoff to go-live, coordinating with internal teams and external clients to ensure on-time launches in 6–12 week cycles.

You will identify risks, configure applications using a no-code flow builder, perform QA, and guide clients through successful deployments in a remote-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• Portfolio management of 5–10 SaaS implementations with 2–4 years of experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for client onboarding and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and one-way system integrations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery: manage software implementations from kickoff to go-live and coordinate cross-functional teams and clients for on-time delivery.
• Risk management: proactively identify risks and propose alternatives to keep timelines on track.
• Configuration & QA: configure client apps using a no-code flow builder, conduct QA, and prepare annotations for regulatory submissions.
• Client advisory: maintain clear, consistent communication to guide clients through successful launches.
