Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data & AI GTM Specialist to own the activation engine that converts signals into targeted field campaigns.

You will partner with Finance, Sales Ops, and product GTM teams to orchestrate rapid activation, measure pipeline impact, and drive measurable outcomes at scale. You will design cohort-based activation, refine signal thresholds, and leverage agentic AI to automate campaigns, guiding field teams with context-aware messaging and orchestrated

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI technologies, including AI/ML and analytics.
• 5+ years in program management, workforce strategy, or metrics-driven decision making.
• Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences

Responsibilities

• Own the signal-to-activation mechanism end to end and track field actions.
• Design and launch targeted activation campaigns with context-aware messaging.
• Extend GTM signal synthesis to campaign execution for direct field motion.
• Establish cohort-based targeting by journey stage and pipeline.
• Ingest signals from diverse sources and ensure data quality across pipelines.
• Operate AI mechanisms to mine signals and auto-generate activations.
• Collaborate with finance, sales operations, and GTM teams to align priorities.
• Define reporting requirements to quantify activation impact and blocked pipeline
