Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior GTM Architect to own the architecture across Salesforce, marketing automation, sales engagement, data enrichment, and CS/support. You will translate GTM strategy into actionable designs, stay hands-on with Apex, LWC, and integrations, and drive AI-native workflows from idea to production.

You will influence senior leadership, mentor engineers, and shape data governance and reporting to support growth across marketing, sales and CX.

Qualifications

• Must design multi-system GTM architectures spanning marketing, sales and CX
• Hands-on with Apex, LWC, Flow and integrations
• Experience building agentic AI/LLM-powered workflows for real business problems
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into technical tradeoffs and communicate to stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM systems architecture across Salesforce, marketing automation, sales engagement, data enrichment, and CS/support
• Ship AI agents into production and replace manual GTM work with automated workflows
• Redesign core GTM processes around AI, including lead-to-revenue and opportunity management
• Stay hands-on, architect and ship meaningful code, and lead by example through code reviews and pairing
• Establish data quality and governance standards and build leadership-facing reporting infrastructure
• Serve as go-to domain expert for Marketing, Sales, RevOps, CX and executives
• Mentor engineers on system design and AI-native workflow patterns
