Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior GTM Architect to own the architecture of the marketing, sales, and CX systems. You will drive AI-enabled transformations, build critical components, and mentor teams while ensuring data integrity and scalable integrations.

You will present directly to GTM leadership, bridging strategy and delivery with hands-on coding in Apex, LWC, and integrations, shaping how AI agents operate within the GTM stack.

Qualifications

• Technical decision-maker for a complex multi-system GTM platform spanning marketing, sales and CX.
• Hands-on ability to design and build meaningful parts of the stack, not just diagrams.
• Experience turning ambiguous GTM problems into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM systems architecture across Salesforce, marketing automation, data enrichment and CS/support platforms.
• Ship agentic AI workflows into production and drive AI transformation across GTM processes.
• Mentor engineers on system design and AI-native workflow design.
