Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior GTM Partner Systems Architect to own the partnerships systems architecture, including Salesforce-to-partner-portal integrations. You will translate business needs into architecture, drive roadmaps with the Product Owner, and stay hands-on to build and ship essential components.

You will mentor developers, set engineering standards, and collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, and executives to align technical decisions with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Translate ambiguous business problems into documented designs (architecture diagrams, data models, sequence flows).
• Hands-on: build and ship Apex, LWC, Flow, and complex integrations.
• Lead story and backlog refinement with the Product Owner.
• Mentor developers on system design and tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture for our partnerships business systems.
• Build proof-of-concepts and ship critical integrations.
• Set and uphold engineering standards through architecture reviews and PR reviews.
• Lead backlog refinement and shape the roadmap with the Product Owner.
• Serve as the go-to domain expert for Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps and leadership.
• Mentor developers to improve architectural decisions.
