Job summary

BRG is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead hands-on engineering workstreams that turn AI capabilities into practical tools for financial services. You will collaborate with client users, engineers, data and AI specialists, and risk teams to deliver reusable applications and implementation roadmaps.

You will design secure, scalable interfaces, build APIs, implement human-review workflows, and ensure robust testing and deployment practices across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on full-stack delivery
• Strong TypeScript and React experience
• Experience delivering production-grade applications
• Ability to mentor engineers and estimate work
• Security, authentication, and audit logging know-how

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack engineering workstreams from discovery to production handover
• Build TypeScript interfaces with React for complex operations
• Develop Python or Node.js APIs that connect workflows to AI and data
• Implement authentication, authorization, and audit trails
• Establish tests, CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment pipelines
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with client users and teams
