Job summary

BRG is hiring for a Managing/Senior Managing Consultant role focused on building secure, AI-enabled financial services applications. You will guide engineers, collaborate with domain experts, and deliver reusable components and integration patterns.

Travel to client sites is required as needed. Ideal candidates bring hands-on delivery of complex applications, strong TypeScript and React experience, and expertise in Python/Node.js backends, security, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of delivery of full-stack applications into production.
• Hands-on leadership of complex technical workstreams.
• Strong TS skills with React or similar frontend frameworks.
• Experience building Python or Node.js backends and integrations with external systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack engineering workstreams from discovery to production handover.
• Build responsive TypeScript interfaces for complex operations.
• Develop APIs and services connecting workflows to AI and data products.
• Implement human-review workflows with approvals and escalation paths.
• Enforce security, RBAC, and audit trails across services.
• Integrate enterprise platforms via APIs and event-driven patterns.
• Establish tests, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines; monitor production.
