Jones is seeking a hands-on demand generation expert to build and run integrated go-to-market campaigns in NYC. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Revenue Operations to win new customers and expand existing accounts.

You will deploy AI-powered marketing agents and workflows in HubSpot, manage ABM programs, optimize digital acquisition, and measure impact on pipeline and revenue.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing.
• Experience owning integrated GTM campaigns from audience selection to execution and measurement.
• Demonstrable experience building and deploying AI marketing agents and workflows, connecting to business systems.
• Hands-on ABM experience, working with Sales to engage target accounts and create opportunities.
• Fluent in HubSpot, including campaign management, segmentation, automation, lead scoring, routing, nurture, and reporting.

• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across paid media, email, content, webinars, events, and coordinated sales outreach.
• Build ABM programs with Sales, from account research through personalized engagement and opportunity creation.
