Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Architect for the Strategic Services team. You will blend data-management strategy with hands-on technical credibility, shaping roadmaps and guiding solution design and delivery for client engagements.

The role demands leadership in data governance, MDM, data quality, and AI-enabled approaches across complex data ecosystems. You’ll mentor teams, collaborate with ProServ and sales, and build new PSU offerings while delivering measurable value to enterprise

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in data management and governance.
• Excellent interpersonal and workshop leadership skills.
• Ability to lead client workshops and translate needs into solutions.
• Experience with MDM, DG and Data Quality across data ecosystems.
• Proven leadership in business and/or technical roles.
• Strong analytical thinking and curiosity; leveraging AI tools.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to guide data strategy and roadmaps.
• Support sales with workshops and discovery sessions.
• Lead billable PSU engagements with measurable outcomes.
• Act as Informatica Journey leader and contribute to QBR motions.
• Collaborate with ProServ and cross-team offerings.
• Mentor team members and develop new PSU offerings.
• Stay updated on Salesforce ProServ and AI platforms.
