Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Core Technical Architect to drive AI-enabled sales solutions in a customer-facing pre-sales role. You will align Salesforce offerings with clients’ digital transformation and cloud adoption strategies, acting as a trusted advisor across business and technical domains.

You will lead architecture discussions, define optimal tech stacks, and craft repeatable propositions to accelerate deal cycles, with deep focus on AI and data products.

Qualifications

• Agentic AI & Agentforce experience in building AI frameworks and autonomous agents.
• Proven ability to optimize prompts for LLMs and AI-driven workflows.
• Experience designing enterprise AI architectures with data pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and AI-enabled processes.
• Strong skills in sales-aligned technical architecture and integration.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in business strategy, application architecture, data, integration, security, and AI.
• Use a consultative approach to understand business and technical requirements.
• Determine optimal technologies to leverage in customer-driven architectures based on product knowledge and industry standards.
• Lead discussions around change programs from both a business and technical perspective.
• Develop repeatable propositions and go-to-market strategies for sales teams.
