Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Architect in the Strategic Services team to blend data-management strategy with hands-on technical guidance. You will shape roadmaps, lead data initiatives, and support sales through workshops and discovery sessions, leveraging Informatica ProServ experience and AI capabilities.

You will mentor teams, drive repeatable PSU offerings, and collaborate with product development to advance client outcomes across MDM, DG, and DI engagements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in the data management space.
• Strong ability to lead client workshops and executive presentations.
• Knowledge of MDM, Data Governance, Data Quality and how they relate to client ecosystems.
• Experience with AI capabilities and building reusable AI agents/accelerators.

Responsibilities

• Lead data strategy and roadmap development for clients.
• Support sales teams with PSUs and discovery sessions.
• Act as Informatica Journey leader (MDM, DG, DI) for client engagements.
• Mentor and coach team members to senior expertise.
