Job summary

Replicant is expanding its Services team. We seek a Senior Engagement Manager to drive successful deployments, advise on best practices, and manage projects end-to-end. You will cultivate customer relationships and lead initiatives across voice, messaging, and digital channels to resolve service challenges.

The role requires 2–4 years of client-facing project management or consulting, strong communication, and the ability to travel ~25% of the time in a fast-growing AI company context.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of customer-facing project management or business consulting experience.
• Experience coordinating with multiple teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Comfort discussing APIs, platform configuration and AI concepts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive reviews.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and manage dynamic workloads.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services for Replicant deployments and build customer relationships.
• Staff projects with appropriate resources across teams.
• Create and enforce Replicant implementation methodologies.
• Run projects with Replicant customers from start to finish.
• Serve as the Professional Services account owner for active deployments.
