• Maintain on-site presence with the client's integration teams and leadership.
• Represent the account to the client's CTO/VP-Technical equivalents.
• Validate solution direction before client presentation and redirect as needed.
• Resolve technical escalations with executive authority alongside Principal Architects.
• Own end-to-end delivery for the account: schedule, budget, staffing, quality, and margin.
• Champion agentic/AI-assisted development practices across the delivery organization.
• Mine for growth: surface expansion opportunities and pursue new scope.
