Job summary

Aligned Automation is seeking a Service Delivery Leader for AI-Led Digital Transformation to own a customer delivery portfolio and act as the onsite interface between customer stakeholders and distributed delivery teams in Austin.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery ownership, solution design, and value realization across AI, data, architecture, presales, and growth functions. Extensive enterprise delivery leadership and executive communication are required to succeed.

Qualifications

15–17 years in technology services, consulting, or digital delivery.
Strong customer-facing delivery leadership in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, data, analytics, and cloud.
Demonstrated strength in solution design and engineering.
Ability to convert business problems into executable solutions.
Experience with distributed/offshore delivery models.
Strong executive communication and facilitation skills.
Commercial understanding of SOWs, estimation, and value realization.

Responsibilities

Own execution, health, and outcomes of the assigned customer portfolio.
Act as onsite delivery lead and trusted customer interface.
Translate priorities into clear deliverables, plans, milestones, owners, and outcomes.
Drive execution through distributed teams ensuring quality, speed, and commitment adherence.
Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and delivery gaps proactively.
Improve productivity, quality, automation, and cost efficiency.
Lead AI-led transformation opportunities across the portfolio.
Develop solution concepts, architectures, POVs, roadmaps, and SOW inputs.
