Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital strategy or technology transformation.
• Proven enterprise transformation leadership across people, process, data, and technology.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in business development and strategic pursuits.
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior client executives, shaping digital and AI agendas.
• Lead pre-sales activities and define solution strategy for complex pursuits.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering digital and AI strategies with measurable value.
• Clarify ambiguous business challenges, objectives, and goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather insights and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Lead assessments of clients' digital capabilities and AI maturity.
• Design and facilitate workshops with senior client leadership, in person and virtual.
• Define the business vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital and AI-enabled transformation.
• Actively contribute to firm growth by identifying new opportunities and delivering proposals.
