Job summary

Bounteous seeks a seasoned Tech Delivery Leader to own end-to-end delivery for key accounts, balancing technical credibility with commercial outcomes. You will lead a multi-disciplinary delivery team and maintain on-site client relationships with senior leadership, ensuring credibility and timely delivery across all workstreams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology delivery with senior leadership (Sr Director/Director) experience.
• Proven track record owning end-to-end delivery for large multi-workstream engagements.
• Ability to build technical credibility with client executives (CTO/VP-Technical).
• Experience directing offshore/onshore delivery across multiple locations.
• Comfort with dual accountability for technical credibility and commercial outcomes.
• Mentoring and escalation support for delivery managers and architects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-site presence with the client's integration teams and leadership.
• Represent the account to the client's CTO/VP-Technical equivalents and ensure credibility.
• Validate solution direction before client presentation and redirect as needed.
• Resolve escalations with executive authority in partnership with Principal Architects.
• Own end-to-end delivery across all workstreams: schedule, budget, staffing, quality, margin.
• Lead day-to-day delivery through Technical Delivery Leaders, PMs, Architects, and Product Managers.
• Maintain accountability for on-time, on-budget delivery and team utilization.
• Approve resource changes and re-plan scope within guardrails.
• Promote agentic/AI-assisted development practices responsibly.
• Conduct monthly on-site client visits to maintain visibility and relationships.
• Identify account expansion opportunities and support growth initiatives.
• Support Client Partner in pursuing account-mining opportunities.
• Drive growth conversations with client leadership based on credibility.
• Mentor Technical Delivery Managers, Architects, PMs, and Product Managers.
