Job summary

Bounteous, a global AI Services firm, seeks a Tech Delivery Leader to act as the senior-most on-site executive for client accounts, owning end-to-end delivery across all workstreams. You will lead through Technical Delivery Managers, PMs, Architects, and Product Managers, ensuring credible direction and timely, on-budget outcomes.

You will mentor teams, drive adoption of agentic/AI-assisted development practices, and proactively explore expansion opportunities while maintaining close client

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology delivery with senior leadership roles (Sr Director/Director).
• End-to-end delivery ownership for large, multi-workstream client engagements.
• Ability to build and sustain technical trust with client executives (CTO/VP-Technical).
• Experience directing onshore/offshore delivery across time zones.
• Willingness to travel to client sites regularly.
• Mentor Technical Delivery Managers, Architects, PMs, and Product Managers.
• Track record in account mining and business development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-site presence with client integration teams and engage leadership.
• Represent the account to client CTO/VP-Technical equivalents and ensure credibility.
• Approve course corrections before client presentations.
• Resolve escalations with executive authority in collaboration with architects.
• Own end-to-end delivery across all workstreams (schedule, budget, quality, margin).
• Lead delivery organization through Technical Delivery Leaders, PMs, Architects, and Product Managers.
• Manage delivery KPIs: on-time, on-budget, quality, and utilization.
• Approve or adjust resourcing within guardrails and re-plan scope/timeline as needed.
• Promote agentic/AI-assisted development practices across the delivery team.
• Conduct monthly on-site visits to strengthen relationships and identify needs.
