Job summary

Truffle Consulting is seeking a delivery leader to own client outcomes and guide multi-workstream AI programs within core revenue systems. You will direct a dedicated project team, manage executive relationships, and navigate onshore/offshore delivery across time zones.

Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise project or program management in consulting or professional services.
Experience delivering and leading Salesforce professional services engagements.
Pre-sales fluency: shaping and scoping complex implementations with a staffing plan.
Proven leadership of distributed delivery teams across onshore and offshore sites.
Executive storytelling and ability to present to C-level and finance audiences.
Comfortable with AI-enabled delivery and building AI-assisted operations.

Responsibilities

Own client outcomes, delivery leadership, and executive relationships across engagements.
Lead multiple projects in parallel, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
Shape expansions and renewals by delivering measurable business value.
Direct and develop a dedicated project team and manage cross-time-zone handoffs.
Produce status that CFOs can act on, with clear blockers and ETA plans.
Drive adoption of AI agents and production delivery within client programs.
