You will mentor teams, shape best practices, and drive measurable business value across property and casualty lines, including residential properties and specialty markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of data science/predictive analytics experience in (re)insurance or 8+ years predictive modeling in another industry.
• Master's degree in a quantitative field or related discipline is required.
• Proven ability to lead modeling projects and communicate results to partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on across the full AI lifecycle from model development to production deployment.
• Develop and present predictive analytics and modeling results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach junior team members and drive best practices in analytics.
