You will drive end-to-end AI solutions from model development to production deployment, collaborating with regulators and business partners to deliver measurable value.

You will mentor teams, establish best practices, and communicate complex analytics in business terms to support rate filings, underwriting strategies, and profitability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong programming background in statistical languages (R, Python, SAS) and SQL.
• Experience with ML methods: linear/logistic regression, GLMs, CART, Random Forests, GBMs, PCA, clustering, and shrinkage methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead predictive analytics projects and modeling efforts with guidance.
• Present results to internal/external customers and management.
• Develop scalable AI solutions across the full lifecycle and ensure governance.
