Qualifications

• 6+ years data science/predictive analytics in (re)insurance or 8+ years in another industry.
• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, CS, or related double major.
• Ability to lead, coach, and communicate results to business partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead modeling projects end-to-end from development to deployment.
• Present results to internal/external customers and management.
• Develop best practices and propose new techniques.
• Mentor junior team members and manage project direction.
• Coordinate with regulators on rate filings or modeling practices when needed.
