American Modern Insurance Group is seeking a Principal AI Data Scientist to lead the development, deployment, and scale of enterprise AI solutions across our specialty insurance products. You will guide data-driven decisions and collaborate with regulators, clients, and internal teams to deliver high-value insights and scalable models.

The role requires strong background in statistical programming, ML techniques, and experience in (re)insurance or comparable industries.

Qualifications

• Expertise in statistical programming and ML methods.
• Strong data wrangling and data quality assessment.
• Experience communicating results to business partners and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI projects from data prep to production deployment.
