Qualifications

• Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, CS or related field.
• 6+ years data science/predictive analytics in (re)insurance preferred.
• Experience leading modeling projects and communicating results.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI lifecycle from model development to production deployment.
• Develop predictive analytics and present results to stakeholders.
• Guide best practices and collaborate with internal/external partners.
• Explain complex analytics to non-technical audiences.
• Mentor junior team members and manage project workloads.
