You will lead modeling projects end-to-end, mentor analysts, and ensure governance and scalable, reliable solutions. The role blends technical depth with stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• 6+ years of data science/predictive analytics in (re)insurance or 8+ years in another industry.
• Experience leading modeling projects and coaching team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership across the full AI lifecycle from model development to deployment.
• Prepare and present predictive analytics results to customers and management.
• Develop modeling best practices and communicate assumptions and results clearly.
