American Modern Insurance Group is seeking a Principal AI Data Scientist to build, deploy, and scale enterprise AI solutions across the organization. You will lead end-to-end data science initiatives, from modeling to production deployment, ensuring governance and business value.

You will mentor a team, collaborate with regulators when needed, and establish best practices while translating complex analytics into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of data science/predictive analytics in (re)insurance or 8+ years in other industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead predictive analytics projects and present results to internal and external customers.
• Develop and deploy predictive analytics across the AI lifecycle with governance and scalability in mind.
• Mentor and develop junior team members; manage project delivery and timelines.
• Establish best practices and drive adoption of new techniques across teams.
