Job summary

American Modern Insurance Group, Inc. seeks a Principal AI Data Scientist to build, deploy, and scale enterprise AI solutions across functional areas. You will lead modeling efforts, communicate findings to executives and regulators, and drive measurable business impact in a flexible, hybrid work environment.

The role requires 6+ years in data science/predictive analytics, a Master’s in a related field, and strong skills in R/Python/SAS and SQL, with experience in (re)insurance preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related double major.
• Extensive experience leading modeling projects and data science teams.
• Strong communication of results to business partners and regulators when needed.

• Prepare and complete predictive analytics analyses and modeling on complex projects.
