Job summary

Within is building a high-impact role for someone who manages a $7M-$15M enterprise AI book. You will own renewal and expansion, lead executive readouts, and drive structured onboarding to rapid AI outcomes.

Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate customer needs into technical builds and scalable playbooks. You will operate in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment, coordinating with Sales to grow ARR, reduce time-to-value, and keep sponsors engaged through quarterly business

Qualifications

• Own a $7M-$15M enterprise AI book with renewal ownership and expansion focus.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS and AI deployments.
• Experience running QBRs and executive readouts with sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio health end-to-end for a $7M-$15M book sourced via Sales.
• Drive onboarding sprints and first AI-driven outcomes post-sale.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on technical builds.
• Lead commercial cycles with Sales and forecast expansions.
• Deliver executive-facing value readouts and adoption reviews.
• Identify expansion opportunities and scope next solutions.
• Improve onboarding and enablement playbooks with field insights.
