Veeva Systems is seeking a Product Manager to shape AI-powered CRM features for Vault CRM and influence product direction across life sciences and technology teams. You will collaborate with domain experts to design data-driven, scalable solutions that empower customers and accelerate healthcare outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product management experience for a software company
• Ability to translate market trends and customer insights into product requirements
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience writing requirements specifications and leading agile teams

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full product lifecycle, from ideation and pitching through design, development, and delivery to bring new features to market
• Translate market trends, customer insights, and emerging technologies into clear product requirements
• Drive the ideation and development of new AI features within our core commercial software
• Collaborate with UX, architecture, development, and QA teams to create detailed product specifications
• Lead cross-functional teams in daily standups and timely releases
• Present the roadmap and demo cutting edge features to customers and internal stakeholders
• Serve as a product evangelist across solutions, consulting, and support
• Guide features from concept through release, ensuring adoption and user delight
