Job summary

Vaco is seeking an AI Principal Technical Consultant (ServiceNow AI) for a 12M+ contract. This remote role requires deep ServiceNow expertise to architect, design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions across the ServiceNow platform.

You will mentor teams, shape architectural direction, and oversee delivery from design through implementation to drive measurable business value. You will lead enterprise AI initiatives, communicate with executives, and ensure solution quality and governance

Qualifications

• ServiceNow SME with architecting experience.
• Experience delivering AI/GenAI powered solutions on ServiceNow.
• Ability to mentor developers and lead enterprise projects.
• Strong communication with executives and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of security and governance in AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
