Job summary

Cresta is seeking a Senior Communications Manager to tell our story and build relationships with top business and tech journalists. You will drive earned media strategy, craft messaging for major announcements, and prep executives for interviews to strengthen our brand and accelerate growth.

You will work closely with the Head of Communications on PR strategy, identify moments for coverage, draft releases and materials, and lead high-priority announcements, milestones, speaking engagements, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive communications experience in corporate roles at high-growth B2B AI/technology firms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communications; adaptable voice for audiences and formats.
• Established relationships with journalists, editors, and podcasters in enterprise tech/AI.
• Experience driving earned media strategy and handling high-priority announcements.
• Ability to partner with leaders across departments on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with top-tier business and tech journalists.
• Drive earned media strategy for major announcements, partnerships, milestones.
• Prepare executives for media interviews and speaking engagements.
• Draft press releases, presentations, blog posts and social copy.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, HR, Product and other teams.
• Identify awards and speaking opportunities to raise Cresta's profile.
