You will shape narratives that scale with the business and protect the brand in fast-moving environments. The role requires 7+ years in communications, an AI-first mindset, strong media relations, exceptional writing, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while delivering measurable outcomes for audiences

Qualifications

• 7+ years in communications or public relations.
• Experience securing press results at top-tier outlets.
• AI-first mindset and ability to integrate AI into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive a strategic news program across Crusoe's data center development, energy, and real estate work.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists across infrastructure, energy, real estate, technology, and finance media.
• Engage with Public Affairs and Government Affairs for community engagement in markets where Crusoe builds.
• Sharpen messaging with subject matter experts across DIG, Energy, and Real Estate.
