Job summary

Scale is seeking a Communications Manager, Corporate and Product, to shape how we present enterprise AI work, from customer partnerships to product launches and executive visibility. You will translate complex AI deployments into clear narratives for business audiences.

You will collaborate with product and go-to-market teams, partner communications, and reporters to craft stories, manage campaigns, prepare executives for interviews, and monitor media coverage.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology communications, product communications, or enterprise-focused PR.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology, AI, or B2B software, with ability to distill complex concepts into clear stories.
• Experience supporting enterprise product or platform communications strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in media relations across traditional and emerging formats.
• Excellent writing and editing skills across formats, including narrative docs and executive briefing materials.
• Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with product leaders, customers, and senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate and product communications initiatives with emphasis on Scale's enterprise business, including customer and partnership announcements, product launches, executive visibility, and industry positioning.
• Translate complex enterprise AI deployments and outcomes into narratives that resonate with business and vertical audiences.
• Develop media strategies, storylines, and press materials such as customer case studies, Q&A, briefing documents, and product announcements.
• Partner with enterprise product managers and go-to-market leaders to understand their work and represent it externally.
• Coordinate joint announcements with partner organizations and ensure aligned messaging.
• Build relationships with reporters and influencers across business and enterprise technology media.
• Collaborate with legal, policy, marketing, and social teams to ensure accurate, consistent messaging.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to elevate enterprise credibility and product leadership.
• Monitor media coverage and industry conversations to identify opportunities to lead or respond.
• Prepare executives for interviews, conferences, briefings, and speaking opportunities.
• Track performance against goals and refine strategies based on impact.
