Job summary

Cresta is seeking a Senior Developer Relations Engineer to be the technical voice of our AI agent platform within the developer and partner community. This hybrid, hands-on role combines software engineering with storytelling and community building to demonstrate building, testing, and shipping real AI agents on Cresta, mainly through video, blogs, tutorials, and workshops.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software/ML engineering or developer advocacy with hands-on coding.
• Experience building/testing AI agents: LLMs, prompt engineering, function calling, RAG.
• Proficient in Python and/or Golang/TypeScript with real integration code (APIs, webhooks, CRMs).
• Proven developer content: blog posts, tutorials, or videos used by engineers.
• Public speaking or workshop facilitation at meetups, conferences, or customer/partner events.

Responsibilities

• Create technical content that teaches developers how to build AI agents on Cresta: blog posts, tutorials, and video.
• Build and maintain sample apps, code snippets, and reference integrations showing best practices.
• Plan and run workshops for developers and partners, virtual and in-person.
• Represent Cresta at conferences, meetups, and partner events with talks and demos.
• Run a feedback loop with developers and partners and relay insights to Product/Engineering.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align messaging.
• Improve onboarding and the first-build experience with guides and sandboxes.
• Stay hands-on with agent building and testing: prompt engineering, tool calling, RAG, evaluation.
