Crusoe Energy Systems is seeking a Sr. Manager of Communications to lead storytelling for our AI infrastructure buildout—across data centers, site development, and power projects—at scale.

You will shape Crusoe’s narrative, partner with Public Affairs, and protect our brand in a fast-moving environment. You will own a strategic news program, build relationships with journalists and influencers, and translate complex topics into compelling stories for multiple audiences while driving measurable

Qualifications

• 7+ years in communications or public relations.
• Domain expertise in data center construction, energy, infrastructure, real estate, or AI industries.
• Proven track record of securing press results at top-tier outlets.
• Ability to write with nuance, clarity and human insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead storytelling for Crusoe's AI infrastructure projects and sites at scale.
• Drive a strategic news program and media relations with journalists across infrastructure, energy, real estate, technology, and finance.
• Partner with Public Affairs and Government Affairs for community engagement and local partnerships.
