Qualifications

• 7+ years in communications or public relations with a track record of securing press results at top-tier outlets.
• AI-First mindset: use AI daily, deploy agents and LLMs for research and drafting.
• Domain expertise in data center construction/development, energy, infrastructure, real estate, or AI industries preferred.
• Media relations: real relationships with journalists and influencers, able to pitch and place narratives independently.

Responsibilities

• News Engine: drive a strategic news program across Crusoe's data center development, energy, and real estate work.
• Media and Influencer Relations: build and maintain direct relationships with journalists across multiple sectors, pitch stories independently.
• Community & Stakeholder Engagement: support local engagement with markets where we build.
• Narrative Development: sharpen messaging with SMEs across DIG, Energy, and Real Estate.
• Thought Leadership: develop and place op-eds, speeches, and social content.
• Issues Management: monitor media landscape and respond to industry shifts and local dynamics.
• Agency Management: manage PR agency relationships, set priorities, ensure resources are used effectively.
• Measurement: own communications reporting and demonstrate impact.
