Thomson Reuters is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and deploy production AI solutions for tax and audit professionals. You will blend Python, backend engineering, LLMs, and client-facing delivery to translate business needs into secure, scalable apps.

You will lead simpler builds, work with Staff and Principal engineers on complex solutions, and help mature RAG pipelines, automation, and observability across engagements.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong system design.
• At least 2 years of hands-on AI/ML or LLM-powered production applications.

Responsabilidades

• Own client delivery on simpler builds and standard integrations.
• Build production AI applications including RAG pipelines and multi-step workflows.
• Develop scalable backend services connected to Thomson Reuters products and client systems.
• Establish AI evaluation, observability, and benchmarking for reliability.
