You’ll lead simpler builds, collaborate with senior engineers on complex solutions, and ensure reliable operations across client engagements.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in software engineering with system design and distributed architectures.
• At least 2 years building AI/ML or LLM-powered apps in production.
• Strong Python backend, REST APIs, asynchronous and event-driven systems.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, vector databases, and AI orchestration tools.
• Experience deploying secure apps on cloud platforms with CI/CD and observability tooling.
• Ability to lead client discussions and deliver across competing priorities with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Own client delivery on simpler builds and standard integrations with clear technical scope.
• Build production AI apps including RAG pipelines, agents, and multi-step workflows.
• Develop scalable backend services and connect solutions to Thomson Reuters products.
• Establish AI evaluation, observability, benchmarking, and adversarial testing.
• Collaborate with Tax & Audit AI Engineers to translate rules into engineering plans.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple engagements and support post-launch stabilization.
