Genesys is seeking a Senior AI Architect, Presales to shape how global enterprises apply AI to customer experience. You will guide the technical direction, connecting Genesys Cloud AI with enterprise data, workflows, and cloud ecosystems.

As a senior presales architect, you will lead solution architecture across self-service, agent assistance, journey management, and back‑office automation, using LLMs, RAG, and AI tooling to deliver scalable, measurable outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and architecting enterprise AI solutions across ML/NLP/RAG.
• Architectural judgment balancing latency, cost, and governance.
• Experience integrating AI with RESTful APIs and cloud ecosystems.
• Proven ability to deliver technical demos and customer value.
• Strong partnership with sales, engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect production-ready AI systems for customer experience use cases.
• Design scalable RAG and knowledge architectures for accuracy and freshness.
• Establish AI evaluation and observability frameworks linked to business outcomes.
• Engineer contextual AI experiences using real-time data across channels.
• Guide presales engagements, demonstrations, and value assessments.
