Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Senior AI Architect, Presales to shape how global enterprises apply AI to customer experience. You will guide architectural direction, connect Genesys Cloud AI with enterprise data, and lead solution architecture across self-service, agent assistance, journey management, and back-office automation.

You will partner with sales, services and product teams to move AI opportunities from discovery to production pilots, influencing CIO/CTO stakeholders and advancing enterprise AI

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing enterprise AI solutions with ML, NLP, LLMs and orchestration
• Architectural decisions balancing latency, cost, governance and security
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms, APIs and cloud ecosystems
• Proven ability to deliver technical demos, prototypes and customer-focused value

Responsibilities

• Architect production-ready AI systems for CX use cases combining LLMs, workflows, tools and orchestration
• Design scalable RAG and enterprise knowledge architectures for accuracy, relevance and freshness
• Establish AI evaluation and observability frameworks tied to business outcomes
• Engineer contextual AI experiences using real-time customer data and interaction history
• Guide presales engagements through discovery, solution architecture and pilot engagements
• Develop reusable technical assets and enablement for field teams and partners
