Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing enterprise AI solutions.
• Ability to justify tradeoffs in model choice, latency, cost and governance.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms and RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Architect production-ready AI systems for CX use cases with LLMs, deterministic workflows, tools, and orchestration.
• Design scalable RAG and enterprise knowledge architectures with content structuring and embedding.
• Establish AI evaluation and observability frameworks linking accuracy, tool performance and cost to outcomes.
• Engineer contextual AI experiences using real-time data and cross-channel state.
• Optimize architectures for scalability, latency, throughput, and security.
• Drive presales engagements through technical discovery, demonstrations, sandbox trials, and value assessments.
• Develop prototypes through production pilot readiness and KPI alignment.
• Demonstrate value by connecting platform capabilities to business outcomes.
• Scale field capability with reusable assets and enablement for teams.
• Influence product direction by translating customer insights into guidance.
