Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise AI solution design and architecture experience.
• Strong ability to defend tradeoffs across model choices, latency, cost, governance and security.
• Proven stakeholder influencing skills with CIO/CTO level interactions.

Responsibilities

• Architect production-ready AI systems for CX use cases with LLMs, deterministic workflows, tools and orchestration.
• Design scalable RAG and enterprise knowledge architectures with embedding, retrieval and knowledge integration.
• Establish AI evaluation and observability frameworks linking accuracy, cost and customer outcomes.
• Develop contextual AI experiences using real-time data and cross-channel interactions.
• Guide strategic presales engagements from discovery to pilot and value assessments.
• Demonstrate Genesys Cloud AI value through architecture patterns and interoperability approaches.
• Create reusable technical assets and enablement for field teams and partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Product and Engineering to drive opportunities.
